The Secretary of Enterprise and Competitiveness, Joaquim Ferrer, encouraged the winners to continue their successful career and emphasized that "awards such as these help to demonstrate the talent and abilities we have".

The awards were given at the closure of the seventh summer business school Jordi Comas, focused on the provision of tools and resources for companies to learn to export and open new markets.
