Tané started up a photovoltaic solar installation on the roof of its factory which intends to cover 70% of the energy needs through direct consumption and surplus compensation, advancing in the energy sustainability of its activity as a result.

The project involved the installation of photovoltaic solar panels with a power of 128 kilowatts (kWp) for self-consumption.

At the same time, the emission of 59,970 kg of CO₂ per year into the atmosphere will be avoided, an equivalence of the amount of CO₂ absorbed by 2,300 trees per year.
